Mindfulness-Based Childbirth and Parenting is a 9-week program for

expectant parents that includes the physiology of childbirth, ways to use the mind to work with pain during labor, positions for birthing, breastfeeding, parenting a newborn, and using mindful communication during childbirth and beyond.

This course includes: 

  • 9 weekly classes before birth

  • 1 all-day retreat

  • Class reunion after birth

  • Course materials

  • Online classroom

  • Online community with other expectant parents in your course

Mind in Labor is a shortened version of the 9-week MBCP series that is delivered over the course of 2.5 days. The Mind in Labor introduces expectant parents to mindfulness practice, demonstrates ways to work with the mind during labor, and gives and overview of childbirth education basics. 

This course includes: 

  • 3 hour introduction session

  • 2 all-day classes

  • Course materials

  • Online community with other expectant parents in your course

Mindfulness-Based Early Parenting is 6-week program for parents who have completed either a 9-week MBCP series or a Mind in Labor course and are attempting to bring greater wisdom, open-heartedness, joy, and balance to their first year of parenting.

This course includes: 

  • 6 weekly classes post birth

  • Course materials

  • Online classroom

  • Online community with other parents in your course
