Mindful Early Parenting

Build confidence, connection, and calm in the first year of life—with practical mindfulness tools for everyday parenting.

Developed in partnership with the Center for Child & Family Well-Being at the University of Washington.

Why It Matters

Early parenting is a profound transition that is beautiful and demanding. Learning to notice, pause, and choose your response helps you meet crying, sleep challenges, and daily stress with steadiness. These skills support you, your baby, and the patterns your family will carry forward. Ideal for parents with little ones from newborn through age four.

Lessons From Class

By the end, you'll how learn to:

  • Use brief mindfulness resets for stress, anxiety, and overload

  • Stay steadier through crying, sleep disruptions, and daily challenges

  • Strengthen bonding and co-regulation with your baby

  • Practice self-care to reduce burnout and increase capacity

  • Respond more compassionately to your emotions and your baby’s needs

  • Connect with a community of parents navigating similar waters
