In this Mindfulness-Based Childbirth and Parenting (MBCP) course, learn to

Engage the mind to work with pain during labor
Increase confidence and courage for the experience of labor and delivery
Practice prenatal yoga for strength and flexibility
Develop skills for managing stress in pregnancy, parenting, and daily life

This course will be conducted both live using Zoom and in a virtual classroom space, where participants will have opportunities to interact with their classmates, share helpful materials, ask questions, and delve into pregnancy, parenting, and mindfulness resources during their 9-week class series – and beyond!
