Mindfulness-based childbirth and parenting (MBCP) – Online class
The Mindful Birthing and Parenting Foundation is now offering its groundbreaking, 9-week Mindfulness-Based Childbirth and Parenting (MBCP) course online. Taught by core members of the MBCP faculty, this course will be conducted both live using Zoom videoconferencing and in a virtual classroom space, where participants will have opportunities to converse with their classmates, share helpful materials, ask questions, and delve into pregnancy, parenting, and mindfulness resources throughout the duration of their 9-week class series – and beyond!

MBCP online REGISTRATION
STEP 1: Select your preferred MBCP Class Series and pay your $100 deposit

Classes fill on a first-come, first-serve basis.

If a class is full, we will contact you with a choice to be waitlisted, to choose another class series, or to refund your deposit.

Your subsequent payment will be applied using the credit card you use for your deposit. Please plan accordingly.
STEP 2: Fill out our Participant Intake Surveys

Both pregnant attendees and their partners (if applicable) must complete intake surveys.

If you are a healthcare professional auditing the class in as a participant-observer, please fill out our professional survey.

Please note that professional attendance of this MBCP Online course does not qualify you to teach MBCP or lead mindfulness practices.
STEP 3: Our faculty will contact you for an Admission Interview

The Admission Interview is a chance for us to review your participant surveys together, to assess your readiness for enrolling in the MBCP online series, and to answer any preliminary questions you may have about the MBCP program.
STEP 4: Review your Admission Letter

After your Admission Interview, we will email you your Admission Letter, which will contain all of the technology, links, supplies, and other information that you need to participate in the MBCP Online Series. Please review the Admission Letter carefully.
STEP 5: Read, Learn, Practice
