During this retreat day we will engage in practice and periods of reflection to explore the question: "Who am I as teacher?" 
 
When we create time and opportunity to look deeply into ourselves, we begin to understand the aspects of our 'being and doing' selves that support our mindfulness teaching and those aspects that can get in the way of our teaching.

The day will include 5 hours of guided meditation, self-reflection, and community dialogue in support of ourselves as teachers and all the people we serve.
