Mindful Birthing (9-Week Class)

Build a toolkit for mental and emotional resilience so that you can meet in pregnancy, labor, and beyond with ease, and create healthy patterns for the generations to come.

Why It Matters

Learn to notice, pause, and choose our response. Mindful Birthing, also known as Mindfulness-based Childbirth and Parenting (MBCP), helps parents grow skills that travel from the contraction of labor to all aspects of life. This is how change begins—inside a single breath, and then a family.
