Mindfulness for Pregnancy helps you begin or deepen a mindfulness practice during pregnancy by offering guided meditations as well as suggestions for bringing mindfulness into your everyday life.
A Guided Sitting Meditation gives instructions for using the breath as a focus of awareness for your meditation practice.
The Body Scan takes you on a journey of awareness through your body in which the various body sensations are the focus of attention.
Mindful Yoga includes a sequence of simple body stretches that can bring more ease to your pregnant body. They can be done anytime you can take a few minutes to practice.
Walking Meditation gives instructions for formal walking meditation as well as suggestions for how to use walking practice informally in daily life.
Guided Lovingkindness Meditation is a mind-body-heart practice for cultivating kindness, friendliness and well-wishing for your baby, yourself and others.
Being with Baby Meditation gives simple instructions for being with the sensations you experience when the baby moves during your day (and sometime night!), and how those movements can be a reminder to come back to the present moment.
Timed Sessions include several guided, silent, and personalized meditations of varying length with bells and peaceful background sounds.
Mindfulness Reminders provide gentle reminders throughout your day or week to help you connect with your baby and become more present in your daily life.
