Mindful Birthing and team warmly invite you from October 16 to 18, 2026 to the Mindful Birthing Residential Retreat & Summit.
Join us for a three-day, in-person gathering bringing together faculty, alumni, staff, board members, and invited guests.
Set on the beautiful Asilomar State Beach & Conference Grounds, Monterey Peninsula this retreat offers space to slow down, reconnect, and deepen our shared commitment to mindfulness in birthing and beyond. The weekend will weave together practice, dialogue, learning, and time in nature, creating a container that supports both professional development and personal nourishment.
This retreat is an opportunity to come together as a community of practice, to learn from one another, to reconnect with what matters most, and to spend time in a setting that supports reflection and renewal.
What to Expect
The retreat will include a blend of structured and spacious offerings, including:

Mindfulness practice sessions, including meditation and gentle movement

Presentations and talks from Mindful Birthing faculty and invited guests

Panel discussions with time for reflection and dialogue

Research updates and conversations bridging practice and current evidence

Step One – Register for Summit

Register and pay $295 conference registration fee.
After, we will email you a link to book your accommodations at a special rate.
Step Two – Book Accommodations (room + board)

Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
