Join the
Board of Directors
We’re currently recruiting 4–6 new board members to join the Mindful Birthing & Parenting Foundation. This is a chance to help guide and grow a mission-driven nonprofit supporting families and perinatal professionals with evidence-aligned, trauma-sensitive mindfulness education for pregnancy, birth, and early parenting.
We’re building a diverse, skill-rich board of people who bring strategic expertise, strong networks, and a commitment to equity and compassionate care. Our goal is to grow to a high-functioning board of 9–11 voting directors, small enough for meaningful governance and large enough to bring the expertise and capacity we need.
