Mindfulness-Based Childbirth and Parenting (MBCP)
Through mindfulness meditation and yoga we learn to cultivate mindful
awareness during pregnancy to prepare us for the transformative
experience of childbirth and beyond.
Course includes: 9
weekly classes before birth, an All-Day practice session and a Reunion class after birth.

A graduate course open to those who have taken the Mindfulness-Based Childbirth and Parenting Course.
