Life Skills for the Perinatal Health Professional

In this program we will learn to:
- Access deep stillness of mind and body
- Develop skills for managing stress in work and personal life
- Cultivate equanimity, balance and the capacity to be fully present
- Identify inner resources to revitalize our professional practice of caring for others
- Tap into inner reservoirs of wit, wisdom and well-being
- Understand the potential of mindfulness training for transforming stress, pain and fear during pregnancy, childbirth and beyond
